This is my Weekly Progress and Plan
Week 1
During the first week of school, I got introduced on this year's syllabus.
Week 2
On this week, I researched and anlayse the camera, mise-en-scene, sound, and edit used in crime documentaries. I watched a video of how to create suspense and tension in cinematography (utlize stakes, time and uncertainty). By learning these knowledge, I could then apply them to making my project (producing the opening for a crime docummentary) so that my end result would be suspenseful and intriguing for the audience.
Week 3
Me and my team started to work on the statement of intent. At first, we didn't know what sub-genre of crime documentary we are planning to make but after some futher discussion, we decided on a romance at the begining and then become a murder crime scene for the twist.
To-do list
1) Finish Statement of Intent
2) Watch more openings of crime documentaries
Week 4
I was absent on this day so I ask my friends what we did this week to refresh my memory.
This week I create storyboad, script, and location scout blog posts. My teacher wasn't in class because he had to attend a meeting but even so, me and my team continued to do our work. We need to start our storyboard to get the main ideas of the crime documentary. We will have to start recording soon and take practice shoots so my teacher can give me feedback. Finally, me and my team divide ourselves to do different tasks to save all of us time.
To do list:
+ Start filming
+ Finish the Script
+ Start on the storyboard
Week 5
This week my teacher tasked us to create a filming schedule for our blogs.
To-do list:

Week 6
My Teacher introduced us to the critical self reflection for our project, he gave me guidelines and I took note on how to answer the questions.
To-do list:
+ Finish filming
+ Finish script
+ Start on storyboard
Week 7
My teacher gave me and my team feedback on the shortclip during the editing process. Also my teacher, told us to start our thumbnail research and development which Bagus is in charge of it.
To-do list:
+ Finish filming
+ Finish script
+ Start thumbnail research
Week 8
This week we only had project lessons to finish up our project. During this time, me and my team asked as much feedback as possible to finalize it and make it the best version as we can before it is due.
To-do list:
+ Complete all unfinished blog posts (behind the scenes, editing, thumbnail research + development, critical reflection, and final documentary.
Self Reflection:
The weekly progress blog helped me to stay organized throughout creating the crime documentary. It includes a to-do list to keep me focus on the upcoming tasks so that I'm up to date. Not only this, it also serves as a summary of what I did each week and how its useful for my project. Such as I got feedback from my teacher about what to improve on and me and my team fixed it. I develeoped my time management skill sover time so that I'm not overwhelemed with pilling assignments and a skill of recalling information. I also then encountered many probelms like me being absent for a day or 2 and had no idea what I did for the week. To overcome this, I asked my friends what they did and typed it down in the blog.
